Gold is the rounder sibling of our Silver. Softer on the nose, a touch of vanilla, the sharp green edge sanded down — but with fresh sugarcane still clearly underneath.
Drink it cold and neat if you want to understand what cachaça tastes like without wood dominating. Use it in a caipirinha when you want the drink to taste of more than lime.
